Sports Club Talks

I provide talks to sports clubs on Sports Therapy and how a few simple changes to training and lifestyle can help improve performance and reduce the chance of injury. Talks can be adapted to the need of the sports club. Many talks include the following topics:

• Core Stability – Improving performance and preventing injury
• Key Flexibility – Improving performance and preventing injury
• Key base strength and conditioning – Improving performance and
   preventing injury

Talks can also include time for 1 on 1 assessment with club members if required.
