Many cyclists encounter problems from time to time. This can range from Neck, Shoulder, Wrist, Back, Hip, Knee or Ankle problems (and any area in between).

Many issues and injuries can be caused by the repetitive nature of a poor position on the bike or a certain adjustment on the bike not being ideal for your specific biomechanics. Having your bike set correctly will not only help prevent injuries and make it more comfortable over time but it will also help improve your performance by making you much more efficient on the bike….. which is always nice!

As well as assess your biomechanics and correct where necessary, I also analyse your bike position including saddle height and forward/backward position, shoe plate/pedal setup and bar set up. All this together will give you a pain free more efficient cycling.
